Rug is stunning and is of amazing quality. Love my purchase.

Rug is beautiful!!! Super soft and luxurious under my feet. Shipping was fast too. But it's shedding a lot. I'm not sure if that is normal for this or not? I haven't even vacuumed over it or anything, it is in a low traffic area and yet I keep finding threads and bits of wool around it every day so a bit worried about that. Edit: they contacted me and explained that it will be fine in a few days and those are bits that are not knotted in. Relieved to know. Stellar customer service.
