High quality rug very thick. Definitely don't need a rug pad because it's so thick. Pleased with the look of it. Communication with Ibaba was very responsive. Shipping was a little slower than anticipated but Ibaba was up-front with expectations. Thanks Ibaba

Hair comes out at the beginning of use but it was very warm in winter and I was satisfied with the touch. The atmosphere in the living room has improved and I like it.
